Every client is trained along the same lines. I try to teach them the concepts involved in basketball just as much as the skill. I believe that if you do not understand what you're training for, the skill you're learning is pointless. Whether it's an NBA player or an 11 year old, just picking up the game, the physical and mental intensity never changes.
