My philosophy of training concentrates on dedication, fundamentals, development, and hard work! Most trainers today concentrate on exposure; we ignore the mentality of modern basketball and revert back to an "old school" mentality. The fundamentals of the game must be broken down to a grassroots level and taught properly. First, learn how to do things the correct way slowly. Then, with practice and repetition you will be able to do things the correct way quickly. Otherwise, you repeat bad habits. We emphasize development; not only the fundamental skills for your basketball development, but one step further, we will concentrate on life lessons that will contribute to character development in a young athlete's life off the court.
