How do I create an account with POINT 3?
  1. Click the ‘REGISTER’ button in the upper right side of our site
  2. Simply follow the prompts and enter all information where noted to complete setting up your account.

Why would I create an account with POINT 3?

Creating your own POINT 3 account gives you access to Purchase History and Order Details, and allows for faster Checkout as the POINT 3 Online Store remembers your billing and shipping information once you are logged in. Back To Top




How do I log in to my POINT 3 account?

  1. Click the ‘LOGIN’ button in the upper right side of our site
  2. Enter your Username and Password where noted
  3. If you forgot your username and password, no worries!  Just enter your email address where noted and we’ll resend it to you.

How do I edit my account information?
  1. Click the ‘LOGIN’ button in the upper right side of our site
  2. Enter your Username and Password where noted
  3. Once logged into your account, click the ‘Update Your Contact Info’ button
  4. Follow prompts as noted but from here you can update or select a new password, update your Billing and/or Shipping addresses, as well as Add a New Contact for an additional Billing and/or Shipping contact.

How do I view my Purchase History / Order Details?
  1. Click the ‘LOGIN’ button in the upper right side of our site
  2. Enter your Username and Password where noted
  3. Once logged into your account, click the ‘Purchase History’ button
  4. In Purchase History, you will be able to see details on all items ordered under your Account as well as Reorder the same item again
  5. For additional order details, click on the Invoice number to see a further breakdown of order details, shipping and payment history

How do I pay for my POINT 3 order?

POINT 3 accepts several methods of payment:

Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Debit Cards
Debit Cards - Visa or MasterCard

At this time in the POINT 3 Online Store, we do not accept cash, checks or money orders, nor do we offer any sort of layaway or C.O.D. service.

POINT 3 currently accepts only Credit Card and Debit Card accounts issued by a U.S. bank or financial institution and billed to an address within the 50 states.

What about security? How do I know that my order and payment info is secure?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal and financial information.

Ordering online from POINT 3 is safe - www.point3basketball.com is hosted on a secure server.  All information supplied by our customers is transmitted via 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider's database.  This information is only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are legally required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit card numbers, order details, contact information, etc.) is not stored on our servers.

Do I need to pay sales tax?

All orders shipped to the state of Georgia or Virginia are subject to sales tax and where applicable will be automatically added to your final order total.

POINT 3 offers 3 shipping methods via UPS that can be specified when placing your order:

How can I see what the Shipping Charges were for my order?
  1. Click the ‘LOGIN’ button in the upper right side of our site
  2. Enter your Username and Password where noted
  3. Once logged into your account, click the ‘Purchase History’ button
  4. Click on the invoice number you are inquiring about – from here you will able to see a detailed cost breakdown of your order including item price, shipping and handling and any sales tax you may have been charged.

Returns & Exchanges

What is POINT 3's Return Policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your POINT 3 order, we will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund, exchange or credit in the POINT 3 Online Store.

In order to process a return, you should follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to returns@point3basketball.com with the following information:
    • YOUR FULL NAME
    • EMAIL ADDRESS
    • BILLING ADDRESS (INCLUDING CITY, STATE, ZIP)
    • PHONE NUMBER (INCLUDING AREA CODE)
    • ORDER/INVOICE #
    • ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED
    • REASON FOR RETURN
  2. One of POINT 3's Customer Service representatives will respond to your inquiry within 2 business days by sending a Return Authorization Email.  This email will include all the necessary information on how to process your return and where it needs to be sent.
  3. Print and include the Return Authorization email from POINT 3 in the package with the item you plan to return.
  4. Send your package including returned item and printed email from POINT 3 to the address noted in the Return Authorization email.

POINT 3 is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.  We suggest you ship your return insured and in a traceable manner. 

Your original form of payment will be refunded for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
